Meet the founder

My name is Kimberly Broadnax, owner of KB Consultants Group & Agency and Founder of Pennington Gap Inc. More than anything, I am a devoted wife, mother to four incredible children, and cherished Nana to my granddaughter, who holds my heart. Above all, my faith guides me. For over two decades, I've dedicated myself to working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a passion that runs deep within me. Having collaborated with numerous agencies across different states, I couldn't ignore the harsh realities of abuse in the field. It wasn't enough for me to simply voice my concerns; I knew I had to be proactive in finding solutions. Thus, I made the decision to establish my own agency.

At its core, my agency is a close-knit family. I'm committed to maintaining its small, family-oriented atmosphere, where every member, client, and their families are embraced as part of our extended family. 

My involvement with youth stems from years of being a parent to many kids God blessed me with although they are not biological, they are mine. I take pride in being a parental figure to kids that did not have that privilege. It is my goal to give every child in my life as many experiences as possible outside of what they think their limits are. I want to encourage them to be great in their own way and make sure they understand they are unique and we are all wonderfully made!
